About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales targets.

• Model the Under Armour service culture and customer expectations.
• Communicate brand messages according to the Under Armour Service Model when assisting customers.
• Incorporate product knowledge into the selling process by participating in training.
• Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets.
• Comply with Under Armour policies and procedures.
• Complete operational and cash processes in line with training.
• Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
