Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience with all customers.
• Focus on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions.
• Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempting to 'solve for yes'.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute all visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company.
• Support high standards of organization and cleanliness in the store.
• Uphold and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate any loss prevention violations to the leadership team.
• Share customer feedback with the leadership team to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in all company and store contests and events.
• Stay current on all financial goals and priorities.
• Support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Execute all digital sales strategies within the store.
• Reflect the Pacsun brand by demonstrating passion for product and fashion trends.
