About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate at Faherty is a vital member of the customer service team, responsible for creating memorable customer experiences through storytelling and authentic engagement. Requirements

  • Experience in a similar retail role, preferably with high-growth direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and performance goals in retail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs, and to stand for extended periods.
