About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at the LEGO Group is responsible for delivering exceptional retail experiences to guests in a vibrant store environment. This part-time role focuses on engaging with customers, ensuring a clean and visually appealing store, and efficiently managing stockroom operations. The position aims to exceed guest expectations through meaningful interactions and uphold LEGO's brand values.

Requirements

  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Experience in retail or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to work various hours, including days, nights, and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest and perform all cash register functions while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor (80%)
  • Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays to ensure a safe and visually stimulating environment (10%)
  • Assist in receiving merchandise and maintaining the stockroom according to LEGO Brand Retail standards (10%)
