Seasonal Route Performance Specialist
About The Position
Aptive Environmental is seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player for a full-time Seasonal Route Performance Specialist position. This role is located remotely and is not expected to continue beyond 3 months. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels at an individual level. Compensation for this position is $18/hr. Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Proficient in computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Must be able to speak, write, and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with others
- Superior organization and prioritization skills
- Able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations
- Strong customer service and issue resolution skills
- A quiet and distraction-free working space
- Stable internet connection with consistent download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps
- Jitter below 20 milliseconds
- Dedicate full attention to job duties during working hours
Responsibilities
- Reviewing red notes and notating the information in the right place
- Editing red notes
- Organize, create, and maintain routes for several Pest Control Area offices
- Attend 1:1, team meetings, support channel meetings, and any other meetings assigned by your supervisor
- Collaborate within and with other departments
- Perform other related duties as needed
