About The Position

At the heart of every unforgettable stay is a perfectly prepared room — and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working, and guest-focused Room Attendant to join our team and help create clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for every guest who walks through our doors. As a Room Attendant, you’re not just making beds — you’re making memories. You’ll play a key role in upholding our reputation for exceptional guest service by ensuring each room or cabin is spotless, cozy, and ready to wow. With professionalism and pride, you’ll embody our company’s values and commitment to excellence, helping to create a space guests can truly relax in. This position is hiring for Summer 2026, with a start date of April 1st or later.

Requirements

A can-do attitude and comfort with repetitive tasks
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Flexibility with working hours — we’re a hospitality team, after all!
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, bending, climbing stairs, and reaching throughout your shift
Able to read basic chemical labels and write simple reports and assessments
At least 6 months of experience in hotel room, cabin, or house cleaning

Responsibilities

Making beds to perfection (think hospital corners with hospitality flair!)
Cleaning and organizing bathrooms to our sparkling-clean standards
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming like a pro
Replenishing housekeeping supplies and reporting when inventory runs low
Emptying trash bins and ensuring a fresh, clean feel throughout each unit
Moving and filling linen bags as needed
Reporting any maintenance issues or repairs to management promptly
Keeping an eye out for ways to make each room even better than the last
Communicating with your team and supervisor to ensure smooth operations
Supporting your team and jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
