About The Position

The Seasonal Rice Mill Operator at Anheuser-Busch is responsible for operating and maintaining rice milling equipment to ensure efficient production while meeting quality and production goals. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Recommended experience in production, rice milling, or food processing.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Excellent communication skills for sharing job knowledge and process changes.
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office, Excel, Word, email, SAP, and Wonderware.
• Ability to use HMI for monitoring and controlling operations.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in dusty environments.

• Experience with process control and troubleshooting mechanical problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain rice milling equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Stand and walk during 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Climb ladders and stairs as needed.
• Shovel rice and sweep floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean equipment using compressed air and wipe down surfaces.
• Pull rice samples for quality control.
• Push buggies and dry clean louvers and walls.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and change sheller rolls weighing up to 25 pounds each multiple times per shift.
• Enter process data into Excel spreadsheets for tracking.
• Monitor mill operations using HMI (PLC interface).
• Operate forklift trucks as required.
• Follow all plant policies, safety policies, and procedures.
