About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate, also known as a Shoe Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by utilizing your expertise in our merchandise and services. Your responsibilities will include aiding in floor relocations, enhancing the visual presentation of merchandise, arranging and maintaining product displays, and ensuring that pricing and signage are up-to-date. This position requires flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, as you will be expected to switch between multiple tasks and work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. In this role, you will greet and connect with customers in a friendly and genuine manner, ensuring they feel appreciated and valued. You will recommend products by asking questions to identify customer needs and inspire purchases with new and relevant items. Closing the sale will involve wrapping up the moment and celebrating the customer's purchases. Mastery of store products, services, loyalty programs, and sales systems will be essential to help customers find what they need and suggest additional items. Maintaining department recovery standards, including the selling floor and fitting rooms, is also a key responsibility. You will regularly use technology to update product prices, promotions, and information in accordance with company guidelines.
