About The Position
As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Athleta, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage and connect with customers, providing them with excellent customer service that fosters brand loyalty. You will become an expert in our products, using your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, and inspire customers, helping them to find the perfect wardrobe solutions. Collaboration with your leadership team is essential as you work together to deliver a best-in-class customer experience through an omni-channel approach. In this role, you will consistently treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment. You will promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs and actively seeking out and engaging with customers to drive sales and service through suggestive selling techniques. Enhancing the customer experience will involve utilizing all available omni-channel offerings and being accountable for personal goals that contribute to the overall store goals and results. Your responsibilities will also include supporting various areas of the store, such as the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house, as needed. Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work center is vital, as is handling all customer interactions and potential issues or returns in a courteous and professional manner. You will be expected to execute operational processes effectively and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
