As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, the role involves assisting customers in embracing adventure by helping them find the right YETI products. The ideal candidate is passionate about the outdoors, thrives in a team environment, and excels at delivering excellent customer experiences. This position is located at the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. YETI stores function as community hubs for outdoor enthusiasts, providing a space for individuals to connect, share experiences, and build authentic relationships.

Requirements

High school diploma and/or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment
Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability
Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule that includes, but is not limited to, evenings, weekends and holidays
