As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be part of the crew that helps customers embrace adventure, one color, cooler, or bag at a time. YETI is actively seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join their store located in Tysons Corner, VA. This role requires availability to work a flexible retail schedule that includes, but is not limited to, evenings, weekends, and holidays. YETI stores serve as a community hub for outdoor enthusiasts, a place where individuals can connect, share experiences, and foster authentic relationships.

Requirements

High school diploma and/or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment
Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability
Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift
Must be at least 18 years of age
