About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle different methods of payment.
• Accurately execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines.
• Meet or exceed individual goals such as credit and loyalty.
• Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
• Support the training process for new hires on the service team.
• Participate in daily service processes including register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions.
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset and resolve issues satisfactorily.
• Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to company safety policies.
• Receive and respond to direction from supervisors and other personnel.
