About The Position

In this role, you will work closely with your leadership team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience through an omni-channel approach. This means you will not only assist customers on the sales floor but also enhance their shopping experience by utilizing all available channels. Your contributions will be vital in creating a positive work environment where respect and collaboration are paramount. As a Brand Associate, you will be accountable for personal sales goals that align with the overall objectives of the store. You will support various areas of the store, including the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organized work center will also be part of your responsibilities, as will handling customer interactions and resolving any issues that may arise with professionalism and courtesy.
