About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Old Navy, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience during the busy holiday season. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, providing them with exceptional service and product knowledge. You will become an expert in the brand's offerings, using this expertise to educate and inspire customers about current merchandise, store promotions, and events. Your goal is to bring the Old Navy brand to life, fostering brand loyalty while ensuring productivity in your role. In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to acknowledge and assist customers promptly, locate merchandise efficiently, and answer inquiries with accuracy. You will also be responsible for offering style and outfit suggestions, utilizing displays and mannequins for inspiration. Promoting customer loyalty through education about loyalty programs will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will support various operational processes on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, at checkout, and in the back of house as needed.
