As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you’re at the heart of creating a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and keen attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Your friendly and approachable attitude fosters a warm environment that invites customers to return, while supporting your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. How our Recovery Colleagues spend their day… Our colleagues start each day energized and prepared - wearing their name badge, saying hello to their coworkers, making sure the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers. They review their goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions to stay informed and ready to sell. On the floor, they focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create an experience to bring the customers back. Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves. They always Finish Strong - sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name. We believe service starts with each other - supporting one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities. And we know that excellence is a journey - we strive to improve every day, take pride in our work, achieve sales goals and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.   • Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
  • You can handle electronic devices with no problem
  • Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level
  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
