As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you’re at the heart of creating a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and keen attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Your friendly and approachable attitude fosters a warm environment that invites customers to return, while supporting your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
  • Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and in team dynamics.
  • Handle electronic devices with no problem.

Responsibilities

  • Start each day energized and prepared, wearing a name badge and greeting coworkers.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
  • Review goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions to stay informed.
  • Offer a warm welcome to customers, making eye contact and creating friendly conversations.
  • Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms.
  • Update signs and pricing, and support any needed merchandise moves.
  • Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all they need.
  • End interactions with a sincere thank-you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
