Job Overview As an Overnight Receiving Colleague (also known as an Overnight Back of House Colleague), you'll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly. You'll work as part of a team to manage the flow of merchandise - making sure products are received, processed, and ready for the sales floor quickly and efficiently. You'll also help maintain the organization and cleanliness of both the stockroom and the store, ensuring everything is in its place and ready for customers. You'll also play a key part in customer interactions - greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact both customer satisfaction and overall store performance. How our Seasonal Overnight Back of House Colleagues spend their day… Our colleagues begin each day energized and ready to make an impact . They take pride in their role, work collaboratively with their team, and help ensure the stockroom and store are clean, organized, and set up for success. At the start of each shift, they review priorities, get up to speed on incoming merchandise, and focus on efficiently processing product - so everything is ready and available for the sales floor by morning. By keeping the stockroom organized and ensuring merchandise is processed quickly and accurately, they help create a shopping environment that feels full, fresh, and easy to navigate - so customers can enjoy a smooth and satisfying visit every time. They always Finish Strong - making sure the stockroom is organized, merchandise is processed and ready for the floor, and all tasks are completed with care and attention to detail - setting the store up for a successful day. Their work ensures that every customer returns to a store that feels full, fresh, and ready to shop. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10-20 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
  • Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
  • Meeting daily sales goal challenges
  • Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
  • Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
  • Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level
  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
