Job Overview As an Overnight Fulfillment Colleague, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless shopping experience for our omni-channel customers. Working behind the scenes, you’ll support the essential operational tasks that keep our business running - from picking and packing online orders to ensuring merchandise is ready and available for the sales floor. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to meet goals, maintain an organized and efficient environment, and help deliver the exceptional service our customers expect - day or night. How our Overnight Fulfillment Colleagues spend their day… Our colleagues begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. They take pride in their role, work collaboratively with their team, and help ensure the stockroom and store are clean, organized, and set up for success. At the start of each shift, they review priorities, get up to speed on incoming merchandise, and focus on efficiently processing product - so everything is ready and available for the sales floor by morning. By accurately picking, packing, and processing online orders - and ensuring merchandise is organized and ready for the sales floor - they help create a seamless shopping experience across all channels, so every customer visit or delivery feels easy, efficient, and satisfying. They always Finish Strong - making sure the stockroom is organized, merchandise is processed and ready for the floor, and all tasks are completed with care and attention to detail - setting the store up for a successful day. Their work ensures that every customer returns to a store that feels full, fresh, and ready to shop. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10-20 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Requirements

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
Meeting daily sales goal challenges
Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level
Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
