About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting experience in our fragrance department. You'll help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Whether you're preparing products, restocking displays, or assisting with transactions, your attention to detail and genuine hospitality ensure every guest feels cared for. This role blends service and support - anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping to create magical moments for our customers during the busiest time of year.

Responsibilities

• Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals and promotions.
• Engage with customers, offering a warm welcome and creating personal conversations.
• Merchandise new receipts and process damages and returns.
• Update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.
