About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Consultant at Aesop is responsible for engaging with customers, guiding them to relevant products, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

• Experience in a customer service role or environment.
• Effective selling skills with the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
• Ability to introduce Aesop products through hand demonstrations.
• History of contributing to a team and participating in team activities.
• Demonstrated empathy in managing interpersonal relationships.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of skin care and the skin care industry is advantageous.
