Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers in a friendly manner.

• Wrap up the shopping experience by celebrating customer purchases.
• Assist customers with the total store experience, including online order pickups.
• Monitor alerts for timely completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to drive sales and minimize returns.
• Sell gift cards and resolve Macy's card issues as needed.
• Follow store audit policies and procedures.
• Adhere to asset protection and inventory control procedures.
