About The Position

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers in a friendly manner.
• Recommend products by identifying customer needs and inspiring purchases.
• Assist customers in completing their shopping journey and celebrate their purchases.
• Support customers with Buy Online Pickup in Store transactions and ensure a smooth experience.
• Monitor alerts for timely completion of BOPS orders and assist with customer pick-up.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to drive sales and minimize returns.
• Sell gift cards and resolve customer issues related to Macy's cards.
• Follow store audit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with asset protection and inventory control.
