The At Your Service Center Colleague plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience during various At Your Service activities. This includes facilitating Buy Online Pickup in Store transactions, processing returns, and managing non-congruent items, all while adhering to established procedures and standards. We are looking for flexible team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly switch between multiple tasks. The role requires working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers. As an At Your Service Associate, you will greet and connect with customers in a friendly and genuine manner, ensuring they feel appreciated and valued. You will recommend products by asking insightful questions to identify customer needs and inspire purchases. Closing the sale is a key part of your responsibilities, where you will celebrate customer purchases and enhance their shopping journey. Additionally, you will assist customers with all aspects of the store experience, including helping them navigate devices for shopping and comparison. Your role will also involve monitoring alerts to ensure timely completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders, conducting customer pickups, and demonstrating a thorough knowledge of store products and services to drive sales and minimize returns. You will be responsible for selling gift cards and resolving any issues related to Macy's cards, while also adhering to the store's audit policies and procedures, as well as asset protection and inventory control measures.
