As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you are at the heart of delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. You’ll support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks - all while upholding Macy’s service standards. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key, including working a variety of shifts such as nights, weekends, and holidays. This role goes far beyond just being a cashier.   • Support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups.
  • Uphold Macy’s service standards while delivering a personalized shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space.
  • Engage customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships.
  • Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment.
  • Ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders.
  • Meet daily sales goals and acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
  • Collaborate with team members to support one another and improve service.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
