Responsibilities

• Assist customers with total store fulfillment, including Buy Online and Pick Up in Store transactions.
• Monitor alerts for timely completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to drive sales and minimize returns.
• Sell gift cards and resolve customer issues with Macy's cards.
• Follow store audit policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Asset Protection and inventory control procedures.
