Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers in a friendly manner.

• Monitor alerts for timely completion of BOPS orders and conduct customer pick-ups.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to drive sales and minimize returns.
• Sell gift cards and assist with Macy's card issues as needed.
• Follow store audit policies and procedures and adhere to inventory control measures.
