About The Position

We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates to join our team for the holiday season (July-February). The part-time Seasonal Retail Associate is responsible for supporting the store in delivering highly engaging customer journeys, helping cement Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand. You will embody Canadian Warmth, demonstrating expertise in every recommendation and conveying warmth in each interaction, helping bring the guest journey to life.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.
• Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations.
• Must have open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with flexibility to work retail hours including evenings.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while demonstrating strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to driving your store's results.
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Assist in driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and selling metrics such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, and units per transaction.
• Support the overall store upkeep by maintaining physical standards and cleanliness, organizing the stockroom, and ensuring the sales floor is consistently replenished.
• Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge.
• Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
• Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.
