About The Position

The Seasonal Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for leading daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient workflow, and adherence to club standards. This role works closely with the Food & Beverage management team to support staff, maintain service excellence, and drive overall member satisfaction during peak season.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support front-of-house team members during service
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily service goals
  • Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
  • Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation
  • Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Collaborate with culinary and management teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and club policies
