Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Demonstrates a high degree of self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- Capable of working effectively alone or as part of a crew.
- Willingness to adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Package and organize seed envelopes – Accurately sort, fill, and label seed packets to prepare them for research trials and distribution.
- Operate lab equipment – Assist in running seed counters, labeling machines, and other specialized tools to ensure precise packaging.
- Perform quality control checks – Verify that seed packets meet company standards for accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment – Keep workstations organized, follow safety guidelines, and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Support research operations – Work alongside our research team to prepare materials for field testing and data collection.
