About The Position
The primary responsibility of the TRANZACT Seasonal Recruiting Specialist is to monitor and track all candidate processes including attendance tracking, daily candidate communication, state exam testing, and required state licensing paperwork. Manage candidate class volume and collaborate with inhouse and vendor instructors for non-class related inquiries. Additional duties will include monitoring onboarding tasks including background check authorization completion, personal information form completion, and offer letter tracking.
