GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the dissemination of information management rationale, policies and regulations to the public; provides services and emergency response to incidents concerning public safety and public health; assists in the development and presentation of watershed, conservation and stewardship education programs.
