Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Prior experience in roofing repair and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate various equipment such as simple hand tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights over 5 feet often.
- Access and mobility in tight spaces.
- Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling.
- Hardworking with a “do-what-it-takes” attitude (negative attitudes need not apply!)
- Work a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks, damage, or wear and tear.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including replacing shingles, repairing flashing, and sealing leaks.
- Install new roofing materials as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and schedule repair jobs efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options, answer questions, and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
