About The Position

The position involves early morning duties at a retail store in Boynton Beach, FL, focusing on truck unloading and merchandise responsibilities throughout the store. The role includes maintaining store recovery standards to deliver the brand promises, assisting customers in shopping and locating products, and providing solutions. Employees will also be responsible for providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards, and engaging customers about the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Additional responsibilities include educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes. The role requires completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Employees will also perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, support shrink and safety programs, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.

Requirements

  • Preferred retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
