About The Position

Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. We are hiring for several seasonal positions with potential to last up to six months. Seasonal assignments offer valuable work experience at a leading beverage company. Also, if opportunities exist at the end of the assignment, you can be considered for a full time permanent position with Primo Brands. Individuals in temporary and seasonal assignments are not eligible for all company benefits.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Production experience, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
• Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency.
• Work efficiently self-directed or in a team environment.
• Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift experience (required in some locations).
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends (depending on location).
• Ability to inspect materials visually and by sense of smell.
• PPE Required (safety shoes, hair nets, goggles, ear plugs).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficient operation of designated production equipment as assigned.
• Start-up, operation, change over, shut down and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment.
• Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently following the Company Safety Policy, including the lock out/tag out process.
• Perform manual tasks such as loading and supplying production line items, reworking product and loading conveyors.
• Quality Assurance and testing compliance according to Company and/or designated facility standards.
• Provide general plant, production line and facility clean up (5S).

Benefits

• Compensation: $19.00/hour
• Shift Differential: 6%–8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked
