About The Position
Seneca Foods Corporation in Blue Earth, Minnesota, is looking for seasonal production workers for the 2026 production season. Peas – mid-June to late July Corn – late July to early October This timeframe is provisional and may be affected by weather and crop availability. Seneca offers safe working conditions, overtime pay of more than 40 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and on-the-job training. The manufacturing plant usually operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but shift start and end times may vary, as well as the number of days worked per week due to weather and the crop available for harvest. Available positions include: Line Workers Machine Operators Forklift Operators Sanitation Workers Maintenance Positions And other rolesJob functions include:• Performing various positions on the production line of our food production plant processing fresh vegetables.• Perform sanitation functions on a regular basis to prepare the plant for the next scheduled production.• Provide relief during break periods for other employees.• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety policies/procedures.• Maintain a clean and safe work area.• Other duties as assigned.
