About The Position

The Seasonal Production Associate plays a crucial short-term role in supporting the manufacturing process during peak production periods. This position assists in the production of goods according to established standards and procedures. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and a commitment to maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job requirements.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to maintain consistent attendance, arriving on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts during the seasonal assignment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the assembly and production of goods according to established specifications and standards.
  • Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet seasonal production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns.
  • Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and attendance.
