About The Position

The Seasonal Pressure Washing Technician plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance and safety of residential and commercial properties through expert pressure washing services. This position involves operating high-pressure cleaning equipment to remove dirt, mold, mildew, and other contaminants from various surfaces such as building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, and decks. The technician ensures that all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and repeat business. This role requires adaptability to seasonal work demands, often involving outdoor labor in varying weather conditions. Ultimately, the technician helps preserve property value and curb appeal by delivering thorough and professional cleaning services.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and related tools safely.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to pressure washing and chemical handling.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces including concrete, wood, brick, and siding.
• Prepare work sites by setting up equipment, protecting surrounding areas, and assessing surfaces for appropriate cleaning methods.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on pressure washing machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, explain the cleaning process, and address any concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations while handling cleaning agents and equipment.
• Document completed work and report any property damage or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes during the seasonal period.
