Cabana Snack Bar Attendant Position Summary The Cabana Snack Bar Attendant plays a key role in creating a fun and welcoming poolside experience by providing friendly, efficient food and beverage service. This seasonal position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Poolside Bartender Position Summary The Poolside Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service in a relaxed, resort-style pool environment. This role combines hospitality, efficiency, and personality to ensure members and guests enjoy outstanding service.

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to work outdoors in warm weather and stand for extended periods
• Basic food handling knowledge preferred; training provided
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak pool hours
• Must meet minimum age requirements per state and local regulations
• Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and summer beverages
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Must meet minimum legal age requirements for alcohol service

Nice To Haves

• Basic food handling knowledge preferred
• Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and light menu items according to established standards
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure accurate transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the snack bar, service areas, and surrounding poolside spaces
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Restock supplies and notify leadership of inventory needs
• Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• Verify identification and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with members and guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with cabana and pool staff to ensure smooth service flow
