As a Pool Server, you will work at our incredible 9th floor outdoor pool with amazing downtown views, greeting guests and recommending and serving our finest food and beverage creations while providing 5-star service and creating an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities
- Menu knowledge and answering guest questions
- Selling food and beverage options
- Serving guests and residents
- Engaging in casual conversation with guests and residents on the pool deck
- Partnering with pool bartenders and pool hosts to exceed team goals and customer service goals
- Other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage leadership team
Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fun fast-paced environment
- Refined communication skills
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Thorough beverage knowledge and a desire to stay current with cocktail curation knowledge and innovation
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment in spring/summer conditions
- Food Handlers and TABC Certifications required
- Ability to work flexible schedules that include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
Nice-to-haves
- Luxury/Upscale boutique hotel/resort experience is preferred
