About The Position

Related Management is seeking an organized and responsible individual to join our team for the summer of 2026! We are looking for Pool Monitors for one of our apartment communities in Worcester, MA.

The pool is expected to be open End of May to September 11:00 am-7:00 pm with rotating weekend schedules. Great for somebody looking for work during the summer!

Responsibilities

• Check for pool passes
• Enforce the rules to residents and guests
• Keep the pool area organized- make sure nothing hazardous is brought on deck
• Check the pool temperature/chemicals
• Other responsibilities as needed
