About The Position

Camaraderie Clubs, a management company started by the Co-Founder and former CEO of Travis Mathew, is looking to redefine the landscape of Country Club Membership for the next generation of Club Member. They own two premier club properties: Spanish Hills Club and The Huntington Club. The company works in a collaborative team environment where their process culture of “Plan, Communicate, Track, Evaluate & Adjust” is applied to every decision. They are currently seeking a Seasonal Pool Expo Food Runner to join their team at Spanish Hills Club.

Requirements

  • Must be able to walk from one place to another inside the property
  • Must have the ability to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry
  • Flexibility of hours :: Full Availability - must be willing to work all weekends, holidays, nights
  • Must be able to handle outside work environment
  • Basic computer and touch screen
  • Must be able to handle last minute changes in a daily routine
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
  • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
  • Ability to anticipate and understand guests’ needs.

Responsibilities

  • Performs pre- and post-work shift duties.
  • Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating
  • Food expeditors communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house
  • Make sure food orders are fired correctly
  • Make sure the orders are being cooked in a timely fashion
  • In charge of the final presentation of the plate, making sure it is dressed and garnished correctly and free from smudges or spills.
  • Places food on tray or deliver with side towels to members and guests.
  • Checks back to ensure member and guest satisfaction
  • Cleans all assigned work areas in kitchen and Pool areas.
  • Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager.
  • Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur

  • Attends pre-meal meetings or line-ups as requested by the F&B Manager.
  • Thanks members and guests; invites them to return.
  • Consistently follows all proper sanitation practices, including those related to personal hygiene.
  • Consistently follows local and state laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
  • Execute other duties not listed above as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
