Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of prior relevant Poker Dealing experience in a similar resort setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist in the smooth operation of poker games, ensuring fair play and consistency.
• Retrieve chips for players and assist in maintaining accurate table bank balances.
• Ensure accuracy of the table bank, pot, and rake at all times.
• Communicate any unusual or irregular play and address disputes with supervisors as needed.
• Provide clear instructions, game rules, and other necessary information to players following established procedures.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage guests to use their MGM Rewards for enhanced experiences.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment at the poker table.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests, staying attentive to their needs and responding effectively to inquiries.
• Notify supervisors or Security of any unusual events, missing items, or suspected theft promptly.
