This is a hands-on, customer-facing role perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and providing excellent service. No pest control experience required - we provide paid training and certification support. What You’ll Be Doing: Forget everything you think you know about pest control. This isn’t just spraying and walking away - this is hands-on problem-solving and five-star customer service.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work
Nice To Haves
- Pest control experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services
- Conduct home inspections and pest inspections
- Identify pest activity (ants, roaches, spiders, rodents, insects, and other household pests)
- Apply eco-friendly pest treatments safely and professionally
- Deliver excellent customer service and education to homeowners
- Provide preventative pest control solutions
- Maintain service routes and service schedules
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Represent ProForce professionally in the field
