About The Position
The Seasonal People Operations Associate will contribute to the People Operations and People Development teams by providing human resources support, including hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and office administration. The role will focus on generalist tasks throughout the year and have the opportunity to develop HR skills in numerous areas. Additionally, the Seasonal People Operations Associate will provide critical support leading up to the football season, such as pre-season onboarding and game day preparations. During the season, the Seasonal People Operations Associate will provide on-site gameday support in addition to People Operations daily activities.
