About The Position

Must be familiar with Farm Shop safety rules and guidelines. Work with Farm Shop manager and harvest team to implement changes that have been identified. Work with other departments. Prepare equipment for production. Clean and service harvest equipment as required. Have operational knowledge of all equipment in the area. Have equipment ready to run at start of shift. Assist other maintenance in repair of ag equipment when necessary.

Requirements

• Should be able to use mechanical and electrical tools and shop equipment.
• Should possess a mechanical aptitude in order to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant, both electrically and mechanically.
