Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in retail, preferably in a showroom.
• Experience and desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Solid bike riding skills and thorough understanding of road safety.
• Background in supporting customers and answering questions to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to manage disruptions and juggle multiple priorities.
• Learning mentality with the ability to assimilate and retain information quickly.
• Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods, up to 8 hours a day.
• Passion for teaching others in various ways.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience in the bike industry, especially with e-bikes.
• Knowledge of bike parts and riding as a hobby.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate bike and optimizing its use for fun and utility.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct daily test rides, ensuring rider comfort and safety.
• Communicate product information clearly and accurately to customers.
• Advocate for customers by identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate with Ebike Mechanics to meet customer needs.
• Maintain organization and inventory control in the retail facility.
