We are looking for a Seasonal Part-Time Bartender to join our team at Christmas Mountain Village. Schedule Details: Part-Time; Open to working a variable of shifts, including weekends and holidays. As a Bartender at Christmas Mountain Village, you will be responsible for executing the position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: What will I be doing? Serves food and beverages to members, owners, and guests; anticipating their needs and responding promptly to any and all requests in a friendly and professional manner. Immediately greets and acknowledges all arriving members, owners, and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner in accordance with departmental procedures Operates cash register and/or Point of Sale (POS) system. Adheres to all cash handling guidelines as set forth by the Company. Responsible for all alcohol and supplies in bar and cash bank accountability. Maintains positive guest relations through good communication skills, proper demeanor, correct body language and eye contact, to ensure customer happiness and enhance the overall culinary experience. Extends a courteous and friendly departure to all members, owners, and guests; thanking them for dining with us and inviting them back again, with a genuine and professional demeanor. Clears and resets tables, as needed. Completes all closing side work, inspecting for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all work areas and of the outlet itself. Takes ownership of any guest problems and resolve them according to departmental guidelines. Maintains complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set-up.
