About The Position

HOMAGE is seeking Part Time All Stars to join our team. As a seasonal position, you will be scheduled between now and January 31st, 2025, with varied schedules based on your availability and the needs of the store. This role is centered around creating a customer-centric experience and educating customers about HOMAGE products. You will engage in proactive conversations to ensure all customers feel welcome and drive customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high visual standards in the store and assisting with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Create a customer centric customer experience and educate our customers about HOMAGE products.
• Engage in proactive conversations to ensure all customers feel welcome in the store and drive customer experience.
• Solve issues dealing with products, transactions and any other inquiries a customer may present while in the store or on the phone.
• Maintain high level of knowledge of products and events.
• Process shipment by prioritizing items that are needed directly on the sales floor.
• Assist in daily merchandise audits and inventory counts.
• Maintain high visual standard by folding and hanging merchandise.
• Dress mannequins as directed by a manager.
• Clean store, take out trash and/or recycling.
• Work with team to create new displays to drive customers into stores.
• Organize product in storefront and in the back.
• Other related duties as assigned.
