About The Position

As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide coordination, supervision, and accountability for organized activities including Little Cedar Kids’ Club, holiday event schedules, seasonal guest programs, festivals and private group recreation activities. This is a seasonal / part-time role - starting pay is $13.75 per hour.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Previous experience in working or volunteering with school age children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • CPR certification and basic first aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Kids’ Club Programs and implement environmentally oriented programs, as directed, which are safe and fun for all participants.
  • Assist with the setup, execution and supervision of guests' participation in activities throughout major holidays and events.
  • Enhance guest experience through fun and engaging activities and programs, including providing feedback for monthly activities schedules.
  • Conduct and implement group recreational activities which may include games, arts & crafts and outdoor adventures.
  • Assist other associates in operating the fitness center, swimming pools, guest services desk and other recreational facilities as needed.
