About The Position
Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill Seasonal Outdoor Recreation Educator positions at French Regional Park in Plymouth, MN and Cleary Lake Regional Park in Prior Lake, MN. This position is responsible for developing and conducting outdoor recreation programs which support Park District efforts to increase public understanding and awareness of outdoor recreation opportunities, foster environmental stewardship, and the appreciation, enjoyment, and utilization of Park District facilities and resources. A natural resources-based park system, Three Rivers Park District manages more than 27,000 acres of parks and trails in the Twin Cities area. It takes a dedicated team of full-time, part-time and seasonal employees to provide the high-quality opportunities and facilities that Three Rivers provides. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED plus at least one year of experience or related training.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in outdoor recreation or related fields or education and experience equivalent to the degree preferred.
